At Moxion Power, my responsibility was to scale the brand identity and establish comprehensive brand guidelines. Building upon the existing logo and color palette, I developed a robust brand book that provided clear directions on how to effectively use the brand elements.
Additionally, I created a Figma toolkit to streamline the design process and ensure consistency across all visual materials. My work ensured that Moxion Power's brand was presented cohesively and professionally across all platforms.

Problem
Moxion Power lacked clear and comprehensive brand guidelines, leading to inconsistent representation across various channels and teams. This inconsistency posed a challenge in maintaining a cohesive brand identity, impacting the overall perception and effectiveness of the brand. The absence of standardized visual and operational guidelines hindered teams from performing efficiently and maintaining brand integrity.

At Moxion Power, I was tasked with addressing the absence of clear brand guidelines. My goal was not only to create a comprehensive brand book but also to identify all possible channels where the brand is involved, ensuring each team was adequately supported. To achieve this, I adopted an atomic approach, starting with fundamental visual guides for the logo, color palette, and accessibility checks.
I then developed essential templates tailored for different teams and ensured these resources were published company-wide. My aim was to provide each team with the necessary tools to operate autonomously without compromising brand consistency. As the sole designer on this project, I prioritized maintaining high quality and coherence across all brand elements, ensuring robust support for the entire company.

By establishing comprehensive brand guidelines, upgrading the visual design for product design, and building executive presentations, I have played a pivotal role in shaping the company's visual identity. Creating a new Brand Design toolkit and supporting both the Marketing and Product teams have been instrumental in achieving brand consistency across the organization.
