Redesign for
Grammarly Account Hub

Grammarly Account Hub is a centralized platform for managing all aspects of your Grammarly subscription.

My role

As part of the Brand Refresh, I was involved in all aspects of redesigning not only the visual design for Account Hub, but also the product flow and interactions. I collaborated with product designers, content designers, and developers to deliver a more intuitive user experience.
In the end, I was able to work closely with the
Design System team to add new iconography and components to our library. At the end, I led the Visual Design team and developed a Figma toolkit that was integrated into our Design System.

Problem

The existing Account Hub design no longer aligns with our evolving business strategy, which now emphasizes a stronger B2B focus. The current interface, cluttered with an excessive number of menus, creates a complex and unintuitive user experience, hindering our ability to effectively serve our business clients.

Additionally, the visual design is outdated and inconsistent with our recent Brand Refresh. To address these issues, we need to redesign the Account Hub to streamline navigation, enhance usability for our B2B users, and ensure it reflects our updated brand identity.

As a part of Visual design explorations, I was responsible for the Interaction design and Figma Prototyping.

At the end, I worked on custom graphics and iconography, that was later added to the main Design System.

The Account Hub is currently updated and live.
